We are Jermaine Cobbs and George Waters, IV., Jermaine, a Chicago native and George an Albany, Georgia native. Companions for over 13 years, and married for over 8 years, we share a beautiful and active 2 year old daughter and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and progress in our effort to create positive change in the world. Our foundation is deeply committed to three core pillars: LGBTQ Initiatives, Minority Entrepreneurship, and Education. At the heart of our endeavors lies a profound dedication to inclusivity, equality, and empowerment. With unwavering passion, we strive to uplift marginalized voices, foster innovation, and provide educational opportunities that pave the way for a brighter future. Join us in making a difference, as we work together to build a world where diversity thrives, entrepreneurship flourishes, and knowledge is a beacon of hope for all. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jermaine is the oldest of four siblings and the younger of a half brother
Mr. Cobbs is an entrepreneur, car enthusiast and technologist and has held leadership positions for such notable companies as Ameritech (now AT&T), Coca-Cola Enterprises and Facebook (now Meta).
In his spare time, Mr. Cobbs enjoys spending time with family, golfing, outdoor cooking and listening to music. Mr. Cobbs' key initiatives are Entrepreneurship and advancing LGBTQ+ initiatives.
Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, George comes from a large family and is one of nine children.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Clark Atlanta University, Masters of Business Administration from American InterContinental University, Master of Education & Special Education from University of Phoenix, and Education Specialist from Northcentral University. George is currently a Lead Special Education Teacher for Atlanta Public Schools and has held leadership positions with Fusion Academy and Clayton County Public Schools.
In his spare time, George enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. George is passionate about LGBTQ+ initiatives, specifically helping same-sex couples navigate the process of becoming parents and championing higher education through HBCU's.
Supporting same-sex couples in their journey to become parents is a testament to our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity. We believe that love knows no boundaries, and everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joys of parenthood.
Empowering minorities to open and grow their small businesses is at the core of our mission. We understand the unique challenges and barriers that minority entrepreneurs often face, and we are dedicated to providing them with the support, resources, and guidance needed to thrive.
We are committed to advancing education and opportunity for all. Our focus on supporting students pursuing higher education at Historically Black Colleges and Universities is a testament to our dedication to equality and empowerment.
